SHARING OUT LOUD
Looking for a new listen that combines the serious with the fun? One that offers REAL stories of hard life shit with educational information? Look no further than SHARING OUT LOUD, a podcast hosted by a sober woman who got tired of staying silent about her alcoholism and sobriety, and frankly, everything else in life. A woman who spent so much of her life being told she was "too much," "too aggressive," "too loud," and "polarizing," that she never allowed herself to be 100% true to who she was, until now. She decided it was time to start SHARING OUT LOUD, and when she did everything changed.
Totally authentic, the SHARING OUT LOUD podcast will feature a wide range of guests from sober women, to health and fitness, to the world of energy healing, post-partum depression, women and toxic positivity, and who knows what else! Take a listen, you won't be disappointed!

You are NOT your trauma -- with Addiction Specialist and Author, Caroline Beidler
My recent conversation with Caroline Beidler, MSW was wonderful. I love hearing from other addicts who are in recovery, listening to their stories, and hearing how they've taken their trauma(s) and turned it into triumph!
Caroline believes that transformation while working on addiction is possible and that healing is a choice. Her own experience in addiction, mental health, and trauma recovery has not only inspired her but FUELED her to use her gifts to help other women find recovery. Caroline has written several books* (You Are Not Your Trauma is out 9/24/24!), she's a global speaker, and she also works with federal agencies and consults with non-profit organizations, state governments, and international partners to discuss the importance of addiction and recovery. Caroline is absolute proof that you CAN recover from addiction and you can use your experiences as your superpower.
When she isn’t writing, speaking, or building community, Caroline lives in Eastern Tennessee with her husband and five-year-old twins where she enjoys hiking in the mountains and building up her community’s local recovery ministry.
